Cancellation Policy
Cancellation & No-Show Policy
We require 48 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling.
If you cancel or reschedule with less than 48 hours’ notice, I will make every effort to fill your appointment. If I am able to fill the appointment, the cancellation fee will be waived. If I am unable to fill the appointment, a $99 late-cancellation fee will be charged to the card on file.
No-shows: If you do not arrive for your scheduled appointment and do not provide notice, you will be charged 85% of the scheduled service price to the card on file.
